If you still cannot access the site, please review the following common troubleshooting topics.
Cannot Register
If you click on the registration link and nothing happens, verify your Web browser has cookies and JavaScript enabled. If you are using an older browser, you may need to access the site with
a more recent version.
Registration Email Not Received
Once you have registered, we'll send you an email with a confirmation link you must click on to complete the registration. Occasionally, your email server will flag the email as spam/junk.
Be sure to check your junk mail folder and set the email as "not junk." If you still have not received the email, please try registering with an alternative email account.
Registration Link Invalid Message
If you click on the registration confirmation link and you get a message saying the link is invalid, its most likely due to the fact that your email truncated the confirmation code at the
end of the link. If this occurs, copy the entire link from the email (it may wrap to a second line) and paste it into your Web browser. If this does not work, the registration email provides
an alternative method for completing your registration using an ID code that is included in the email.
Old Registration Confirmation / Password Reset Link Message
If you click on the registration confirmation or password reset link and you get a message saying the link is an old registration confirmation link, this may be due to the fact that you have
requested a second confirmation or password reset link and you clicked on a link in an older email confirmation / password reset message. Be sure to use the most recent confirmation / password
reset link.
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, go to the PlanSmartChoice login page (https://www.plansmartchoice.com) enter your email address in the "Email:" text box under "Existing User" then click the
"Forgot Password" link. We'll send a password reset email to you. Click on password reset link when you receive the email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
